What is Sea Moss?
Sea moss comes in a variety of colors including various shades of gold, green and purple.
They are small, spiny like sea plants or algae that are primarily used as a supplement for their wide range of health benefits. Which makes this plant a superfood. They grow in most of the world’s tropical oceans because they thrive in warm and some in cold water.
Seaweed is also a great expectorant, meaning it helps expel accumulated mucus from the lungs, making it great for healing coughs and other respiratory problems.
